Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Amos Olusegun Ologunleko (“CFA”, “we”). It is written to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), under the oversight of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), and with the EU/UK GDPR for visitors in those regions.

What we collect, and why

Assessment: when you start the Leadership Square assessment we collect your first name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, optional role and organisation, who you are taking the assessment for, and your 24 answers. We use these to score your result, send your report, and — with your consent — send occasional leadership insights.

Forms: enquiry, contact, newsletter, community, and speaker-pack forms collect the details you enter (name, email, phone, organisation, message). We use them to respond to you.

Usage events: we record basic funnel events (for example, that an assessment was started, or a link to the book was clicked) with the page path. Where analytics cookies are involved, they load only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Where your data lives

Data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database. Email is delivered through Resend. The website is hosted on Vercel and its API on Railway. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms.

Retention

We keep lead and assessment records for up to 24 months after your last activity, then purge them. Email delivery logs are kept for the same period.

Your rights

Under the NDPA (and GDPR where it applies) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time — every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, and complaints to your email provider are honoured automatically.

To exercise any of these rights, email amos@coachfamousamosng.com with the subject “Data request”. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Cookies

Strictly-necessary storage (your assessment progress, your cookie choice) does not require consent. Marketing and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight) load only if you accept them, and your choice is remembered for six months. Declining is one click, the same as accepting.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, contact us first at amos@coachfamousamosng.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng) or your local supervisory authority.
